6 Pack is a 45 min intensive abs workout which consists of three stages:
- Warming up with some cardio abs movements,
- Sculpting abs with a combination of killing abs movements sets,
- Stretching till the muscle can handle burning belly fat.
This workout is a combination of cardio exercises and ab-strengthening exercises which help to strengthen the abdomen. It is very hard to burn fat solely from the abs therefore unless fat is burned throughout the body, the six pack will not be visible. Therefore, 6 Pack aims to maximize the fat loss in such a manner that it tones the body and builds muscle in the core for excellent abs.
