Afro Dance is a contemporary genre of cultural differences in music and movement styles which originated in 3 parts of Africa; east, west and south. Afro Dance Training musicality rhythm can develop excellent physical power, stamina, balance, muscle coordination and isolation. At the same time it is perfect training for both; the mind and body.
Apart from suitability for all ages and genders, it is also about enjoying the process to be fitter and finally reconnect with yourself and create harmony around you.
