ABOUT THE CLASS

Boot camp, a fun, challenging full-body workout which encompasses all aspects of fitness. It is a major trend in fitness because it burns a ton of calories – about 600 in an hour! For someone just starting out, an intense boot camp workout might not be the right thing however that is nothing to worry about. The workout can always be modified to suit the individual’s needs.

This 50 min class is a combination of military exercises and weight training which involves jumping, squatting, weight lifting, wall climbing, rolling tires and hanging from ropes to challenge your major muscles group and make your fat cry!

In essence, a bootcamp workout is a type of interval training with bursts of intense activity alternated witn intervals of ligher activity.
