ABOUT NAGHMEH KHAZEN
Naghmeh, a sports enthusiast, started dabbling with swimming, tap dancing, ballet, Kung Fu and tennis from a very young age. In 2001, she felt the need to try something new so she began training in Ashtanga Yoga with the Great Iranian Masters. She not only got her love of yoga from them but also realized that yoga makes the body healthier, stronger and more focused.
She then travelled to Dubai to train with Great Indian Masters and also studied the Art of Living, which is all about breathing, with Sri Sri Ravi Shanker. Her next step was to get the Teachers Training Course from the Rhythm Yoga Sanctuary, followed by the ROL, which is a stress management program, with Guruju Sanjeev Krishnan.
During her 13 years span of experience, she has worked with an American Master on Kundalini yoga to develop calmness and develop flexibility and practiced Iyengar Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Power Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga.
Naghmeh is a firm believer of the concept that as the world becomes more competitive day by day, every human being has the NEED to maintain a balance in their body. She is completely committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of today’s women in keeping fit and sustaining good health. Her aim is to help women to relax while at the same time boost their confidence within an enjoyable environment in which quality and comfort are the top priority.
