ABOUT OUR PT SESSIONS
Personal Training offers a one-on-one private workout session with the trainer. A comprehensive personal fitness program will be developed for women in collaboration with the trainer. From a startup exercise program to variations in an existing program, the personal trainer will make sure that all women accomplish all their goals. The personal trainers offer in-depth education and motivation needed to guide women towards lifetime fitness.
In this course, the personal trainer will provide women with one-on-one fitness training and monitor their progress throughout to achieve their specific performance goals. The aim of personal training is to give women the hands-on training they need to get fit by instructing everyone individually on their exercise technique, regarding the different weight training and cardiovascular equipment to name a few. The trainer will pay close attention to every woman’s exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan.
