6 Pack Circuit: Intensive abs work out, taking you through 3 stages; warming up with some cardio abs movements, sculpting the abs with a large combination of killing abs movement sets and finally stretching the muscle so it can handle burning the belly fat!

Hatha Yoga: The most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation.
Turn 'N' Burn: Turn ‘n’ Burn is a complete integrated class which has been based on a system using an effective blend of strength, cardio and core training exercises. It has been designed to allow your body to get ripped while you have fun training!
COACH HAMI’S CLASS RULES:
1. Book your slot in a class by calling the reception or signing our class attendees’ sheet for the class you wish to attend at least 1 day in advance.
2. Any class with less than 5 attendees will be rescheduled and those who have signed up for the class will be notified.
3. Bring your towel and water bottle with you.
4. Kindly be present at the Attrafit Studio at least 10 minutes before the starting time of class.
5. Coach Hami will not accept any member to enter the class once the music is on and the session is in progress.
6. Mobile phones are strictly not allowed during class. All mobile phones should be kept in the lockers and on silent.
